About me: For as long as I can remember all I wanted to do was play music. Before I could speak a full paragraph of English I was able to play a beat on the drums. My passion to be a musician overcame everything! When I was 13 I joined my first band – nothing serious – just a few guys from the neighborhood jamming – but it was awesome! My career as a pro musician started at 16 when I auditioned for a traveling band. Of course I lied about my age and they hired me on the spot. So I packed my stuff and left. I learned more that year then I should have. Since that time I’ve performed in many bands in the tri state area. Three I need to mention – Fire & Ice, The Rockets and Shaky Jake. These bands will always remain in my heart. The Action, my latest and final musical project is the most challenging, dignified and satisfying. I play all the instruments on our tracks – drums, bass and all secondary keyboard and guitar parts. I play live guitar and Marcia plays the main keyboard parts. Sometimes she fronts and I’m confident in that because the tracks are real, not Karaoke! So, that being said – you can see I take this very seriously. It just takes my love for playing music to another level. I’ll always love it and after 26 years it’s still as exciting as it ever was!!
